Issues with new Tivo Box

Hi all,

I'm a new virgin customer and got my 'self install' pack through yesterday. The internet works a treat, but I can't get the Tivo box to work at all.

On my main tv there is no picture at all. (It's plugged into the correct source 100%). The bix itself seems t be resetting itself constantly, by the look of these lights. Every couple of minutes all the lights come on, then one green on the left and one red on the right. This repeats itself constantly.

I did also try plugging the box into another tv. On that one, I do get a very brief 'starting up' message in extremely low resolution! But after a few seconds it goes off.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is my box broken?

Just to update:

 

I had an engineer come to my house this morning, who was really helpful. As predicted, it was a fault with the box. He swapped it for a new box and its all working now
