Is my Tivo box dead?

I have had problems with the TIVO box for some time . It is very slow to load and freezes regularly when playing recorded programmes. It is slow to switch channels and search etc.I have to reboot regulary and now it won't load at all! Help please!!!!

Thanks for the responce...since posting the box has managed to reboot (after an hour or more!) but is still slow. If the forum team can check that would be good.. Thanks again

It takes time for them to come forward they will check connection may be come forward tomorrow there not avaliable today back online tomorrow thanks again if they don't find anything they will give you steps what to do

Ade 26 could be a fault with box let the forum team take a look for you because they can run tests to see if it's at fault or not find anything or ring help team 150 to gethe fault checked or 03454 454 1111tivo team will come forward to check for fault jonni it needs technician to come out

hi there anybody im putting it on this insted of making new message going through tv guide channel listings its getting stuck whilst going down and seems while searching its getting no responce the box not coping with searching the listings jonni
