Iplayer not working

Hi our TiVo box was replaced today because of issues and now nothing on iplayer works screen goes black and no sound after trying to play

Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I'd like to refresh the box's connection to our network to see if that resolves the issue. Just go to the Home screen and select Help and Settings, Settings, Network then Connect to Virgin Media Services Now.

 

Once you've done this, leave the box for up to an hour and try the iPlayer again.
