You can check to see if it's a signal issue to your box by checking the below.
Access the tv box menu and go to Help & Settings -> System Info -> Diagnostics and from this screen using the down arrows check to see what percentage is recorded for the signal strength and also the SNR.
For reference mines is 100% and SNR is 44, what are yours reported as?
