Intermittent broadband

My broadband speed keeps on dropping, paying for 100mb, never actually got that, but for the past few weeks it has been dropping below 20mb, always happens when you need it most and all we get is "Turn it off and back on again, check your connections, anything and everything apart from there is a problem and we are going to fix it.

Not just the broadband either,  Try using the tv late at night, presumably when there should be fewer using the service so no high demand, but no!  Tivo box decides you can wait awhile for it to respond.

Really sorry for the connection issue experienced.

 

I have located your account and there does appear to be an issue with SNR in the area.

 

I have flagged this over with the Networks team to investigate further.

 

I will make sure to check back with them for an update regarding this and advise you further.

Hi again cocospooky,

 

I've checked up on this again today and the network segment seems to have improved quite significantly.

 

Hopefully, this means that a more stable connection is present for you now. Please let me know if this is not the case.
