Weeks of complaints, TiVo and internet constantly dropping out, multiple times! Sometimes multiple times per hour - response we'll send an engineer (usually a week later) then post there's a problem online! Cancel the engineer (without notice the 1st time)and say the problems fixed! Back to square one and end up shouting down the phone again! And again! And again! And again! Seems like this is becoming an almost daily routine! TiVo boxes now being cancelled, any more and the broadband will be too!
