Our TiVo box has the "installing software" message - what should we do ?

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your TiVo®.

 

If the box is still displaying that message then we'll need to send out a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of the screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
