since friday all ive had on my tivo is Installing Software
with a menu like
Getting Info Finished
Loading Info Finished
Verifying (Could not verify info)
then asked my to do it all again with error code C119
ive rang tech 5 times to be told it will be sorted in 1 hour well 3 or 4 days have passed now and still nothing please help as im really thinking of cancelling my tv service and going to sky
Unfortunately you'll need to ringbthem again. This time tell them you're cancelling your subscription. That'll get their attention. They need to sort it from their end or send you an engineer.
