Install Gone Wrong

Had an engineer out yesterday to install broadband and TiVo box when the engineer left he didn't leave a power lead to the TiVo box which we sorted however nothing works the engineer said he couldn't fix it and 'staged it to D5' so at present I have no TV or broadband the phone works fine! Any help appreciated I called yesterday to tech support and got told it should sort itself by bed time here we are the next day and the same problem!
