I player buffering issue

Just got new TiVo box yesterday. Watched a programme on iplayer this evening but it stopped 20 minutes in due to streaming issue.  Couldn't get back to normal programmes either, kept saying error with network.  Switching off and on, eventually got going again , but it's happened again.  Between that and unable to set volume on remote I'm a bit disappointed in this new box!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the TiVo® at the moment.  I'd like to help check this out for you.

I have had a look at your box remotely, it is currently showing 'offline' so I am unable to get a full reading.  Can you please let me know if your TiVo® is turned on at the time of this post please?
