I have code v202

My TiVo box keeps saying v202 error so I can't watch and on demand or catch up, anyone knows what up with it, thanks

I am sorry to read about the error on the TiVo, I've been able to look into the services and have found that there are some issues on there that would need addressing.

 

This would require an engineer to help adjust this and bring this back to a normal operation. If you can have a little look inside your 'Inbox', you'll see I've sent you a 'Private Message'. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope Smiley Happy
