I'm sorry that you're getting this error on the TiVo® right now.  I'll be happy to have a look at this for you.

I have carried out some checks remotely with the TiVo® and there is a detectable signal issue.  This will cause some service problems so I would like to arrange for an engineer to call round and fix for you.
