I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue logging into your My VM.
Can you please advise me on what browser are you using?
Try deleting the cache, cookies and history to see if this makes any difference.
When using a different browser does this help?

Hi, I have experienced the same problem on a number of occasions, the latest being just now!
It seems to occur when one attempts to log in to email without leaving a "long enough period" of time between separate logging in.
I have just tried 10 times to log in, attempting to identify the very poor pictures provided. It is very frustrating to say the least.
I doubt that this will be resolved until Virgin completely remove this annoying problem.
Well, what can one say. Just logged in without being asked the question about being a Robot. Will just have to ensure that in the future I leave a longer period of time between accessing emails.
