How slow!

I've just switched from Sky and have to say how disappointed I am with the TIVO Box. It takes me back to the days of dial up internet. Are Virgin doing anything to fix this? I've tried resetting my thumbs up and power cycled the box but this makes no difference. Moving through the menus is driving me and the family crazy!

Thanks but I've already seen and tried that. Still extremely slow and already thinking I've made a mistake moving from Sky.

Well there's a new box due end of the year. Doubt will see much improvement on TiVo for a bit if at all.
