Should happen fairly quickly (hours maybe a day). Phone it in. There may be an error somewhere at their end. You might wait days on here for a mod to help.

I'm really sorry to hear that your upgrade hasn't been actioned yet.
As mentioned by nodrogd, doing things online can take a little longer due to the process being different.
Have the channels come through since you last posted?
