How does Virgin get away with providing such lousy service for customers?
If they spend hours on chat trying to avoid sending out a technician to fix a problem that they can't accurately diagnose remotely, then screw up the timing for the agreed technician visit, then fail to call you when they promise to discuss it, how can they live with themselves when they deduct £95 each month from my account?
I work in a service industry and if I provided that sort of service I'd be out of a job and my company would be out of business.
