How do I post that my Tivo box is not working?

Should be simple to report a fault but I'm struggling to find where to report that my Tivo box isn't working Smiley Sad

The mods here will probably get round to processing your message here eventually, though it's likely to take a few days. For faults, you're better off phoning in.

Ring 150 or 151 from a Virgin phone and follow the prompts.

We'd love to know what's going on with your TV service though, what problems are you experiencing at the moment?

 

I've located your account and run some tests on the service from our end for you, we're not detecting any errors with the TiVo service from our end at the moment so I hope that means that hings are working as they should?
