How can I verify that my tivo box is correctly assigned to my account?

I am unable to get the tv anywhere remote to work on my tivo box.

Think I have been through all the checks but need to verify the above.

How have you connected you're TiVo to your home network, as this is required to use the TV Anywhere app as a remote?

Using an ethernet cable.

Everything has been working fine either using my phone or tablet for months but now neither have been able to connect for the last few days.

Thanks for posting back on the community.

 

Sorry to hear that your unable to use the Remote Control function through TV Anywhere.

 

I've re-sync'd your account to see if that will work for you. If your still having the same issue try to un-install and re-install the app to see if you get the same issue.

 

When I use my phone for TV Anywhere I go to settings then there's an option for Selected DVR and I can select the correct TiVo® box. Do you have this on your phone or tablet?
