Help please important message

Have message on tv saying, we are updating your digital service which may take a few minutes, it's now been there for the best part of 8 hours, can some one please help

Doubt it'll help but try turning it of. Leave it for a few minutes then on again. If that doesn't work you'll need to phone in

150 free from a virgin phone or 03454541111. Think you may have a problem with your box.
