Hi I've only been a customer since November and am a bit baffled by the fact that I'm paying for the HD package but a lot of sky movies on demand say that I'm subscribed but always comes up with an error message say try again later....feeling a bit ripped off as it never gives u access to those films even later unless u opt for SD!!!!

I'd like to see if there's anything i can do to rectify this. So I can better understand what's happening can you let me know if you receive an error code of any kind when trying to access these movies?
