HD rubbish

hi .. I'm finding that HD recordings are often blocky .. is there a problem with my Tivo box ? or signal ? india team can't find signal issues and to be honest I really hate trying to get through to them when it actually happens which is what I'm asked to do (takes too long, and too many key presses)

Hi I know its frustrating, if you leave your call after about 8pm or 9pm because of the time difference you are very likely to get through to a UK call centre. Regards Micky

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

I have checked again and I'm not able to connect to the Virgin box so what I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to take a closer look.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
