Engineer called and couldn't fix problem and referred it to "networks".
Not happy at all , 10 days after reporting problem still not fixed and still unable to watch HD Channels. Virgin are not supplying the service I am paying for. Spent twenty minutes on the phone today without even speaking to a real person absolute waste of time. I will be cancelling all my Virgin Services at the end of my contract.

I understand your frustration here, did they advise when this issue would be resolved? Is this happening on all HD channels?

It happens on all HD channels another engineer is calling on Wednesday.
