Hi there Pj29, 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your TiVo®. 

I've done some testing and it appears as if your equipment is currently powered off, this may be a result of the fault, however if you could let me know if the TiVo® in question was powered on this evening when I was doing my testing.
