Green screen since boxing day

Hi all. Tivo box says DVR has detected a serious error and will take 3 hours to fix it. This has been ongoing since boxing day. Any ideas?

call in and book an engineer. sounds like a hardware fault

I'm very sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing with your TiVo box. I've been able to locate your account and take a closer look at this from our end for you, I can see you've spoken to the team and had some new equipment sent out.
