It means the TiVo has lost its internet connection and you have no on demand
You can try rebooting or it may fix itself as it could be due to a local fault or area upgrades, your best bet would be to phone 150 select tv faults and let the service check your connection

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.
I've run a diagnostic on your box and I can see an issue with your downstream power levels (signal that feeds the box). This can cause intermittent connection issues for the TiVo®.
