All network diagnostics show no problem. The team when called cannot find any broadband or TV problems, however a technician is being sent out in a few days. But in the mean time for the past few weeks when watching netflix, I player etc the Internet flashes of a green light flashes on my tivo box andit then says there is a problem with my connection and cannot currently connect. It is really annoying and I'm paying for services that I aren't getting .. why??
