Green Flashing Light

We had an internal power cut yesterday due to a faulty electrical switch indoors and ever since, there has been a flashing green light (second light) illuminating and on screen it says I have limited access to certain areas.

i have switched the TIVO box off for a few hours and restarted but this has not fixed the issue.  I don't watch a lot of ON Demand stuff but I do like having my TIVO working efficiently.

On a  note, the TIVO box has been running very slow these past few weeks and takes ages for the menu screen to appear or even select a channel.

I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately, I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.

 

We're seeing no problems at the moment, can you explain what areas you've got limited access too and what happens when it doesn't work?

 

Look forward to hearing from you and getting to the bottom of this issue.
