Gradually degrading Virgin service (TiVo, Wireless, Broadband)

Over the past couple of months our Virgin service is getting progressively worse:-

1/ TiVo 'live' playback is frequently pixelated and freezes for minutes on end.

2/ Playback of TiVo recordings 'stutter' and pixelate, although rewinding and replaying sometimes results in perfect playback of the same content.

3/ Broadband service intermittently freezes.

4/ Wifi drops 3-4 times a day,  have to reboot the router constantly.

5/ If router is left connected for more than 6-12 hours, it is no longer possible to connect to the management /admin interface.

I have checked all cable connections, rebooted TiVo/Wifi but no improvement.


Can someone from Virgin please check my connection/TiVo/Router remotely?
