Getting fed up

Got two tivos and im sorry but they are getting slower and slower. We are charged a fortune for our service and expect better than this. what can we do to speed up the tivos?

Could be a few reasons.

How long have you had them, and when did you last give VM a ring to renegotiate your contract?
