Joined Virgin a couple of months ago so have given it a while to "bed in" but finding that in most shows (no exaggeration) I'll get a period of 2-3 minutes where it stutters, freezes, pixellates and goes black - basically becomes unwatchable. This is on recorded and live TV. Literally in every 1 hours worth of viewing. Also, the menus are so slow - 3 or 4 seconds from button press to on screen action sometimes. Is this normal? I've got 200mb fibre optic so it can't be that. Feeling like I wish I'd stuck with Sky at the moment....
