For past 2 days I keep getting on demand unavailable message

Each time I watch on demand I am told it's unavailable temporarily and I have to re several times to get the reprogrammed. It often then stops halfway through.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the ForumSmiley Happy I'm sorry that you have been having problems accessing On Demand via your Virgin Media TV services.
 
I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and run testing to your equipment. The results aren't showing any issues with your box. 
 
We had a national issue with the On Demand network last weekend, but this has since been resolved. I have refreshed the signal to your box. Please reboot your box and retry the On Demand service.
