Flashing light on TiVo box

Hi,

 

I notice this morning that I have a flashing green light on my TiVo box. What does this mean?

Assuming it's the heart light it means your tivo can't connect to the VM servers, this will mean you have no on demand and possibly it won't be able to pick up any EPG info, your best bet is to phone in

Assuming it's the heart light it means your tivo can't connect to the VM servers, this will mean you have no on demand and possibly it won't be able to pick up any EPG info, your best bet is to phone in

My box is doing the same, got no catch up, on demand or Netflix

Our box just keeps doing it.  2nd light along.  Tried calling tech and break down of communication as off shore call centres so gave up trying to fix it.

 

not sure which one it the heart light but it is the second one along.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting a frequent flashing light on the box.  this can cause of a loss of On Demand services and other issues.  I have taken a look into this for you by carrying out some checks with the boxes remotely and there is a signal fault that requires the attention of our engineer.  I will be happy to arrange an appointment for you and will pop the details in a private message.

Thank you for coming in and posting your comment on the flashing light on the TiVo. I have been looking into this and I'm sorry to see it's been happening to you. I have been testing the connection and found no issues currently, can you tell me if there's been any change since?
