I'm pretty sure that a flashing green light on your box means that is offline, hence why you cannot access catch up or on Demand stuff! Best to call Customer Services or ask a mod on here if they can search to see if your box is showing as offline.

I'm sorry to hear about the flashing green light, is is certainly something I'd like to take a look at.
I've been trying to gain access to the account and would need some additional information. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
Checked all cables and as far as i can tell everything is as it should be.
The cable is attached to the wall plate and then goes to a splitter, one side of this goes to the tivo box and connects and the other side goes to the superhub, there is then an ethernet cable from the tivo box to the superhub.
green light is still flashing and when ive checked network status on tivo it says that network cable is unplugged
