Faulty power pack

Hello
Not happy. Only just had 2 tivo boxes installed And one of the boxes power pack has stopped working. Contacted virgin on Wed of this week and I was told that I would receive on on friday. Guess what it's Saturday today and still no power pack. Paying for a service that I can't use.
Not happy at all
Wish i had never left Sky TV........
