Have been without television since Christmas Day due to problem with my TiVo box. The box is constantly in a start up loop. Have tried switching off the box and restarting but without success. I've checked the current fault status in my area for network problems but nothing related to my own. Phones the help number today but was put through to some girl in India call centre who could hardly speak any English let alone understand my problem. Will make another call tomorrow but very close to cancelling my contract and walking away!
