Route A: Ring 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 454 1111 (from all other lines) -> enter the main menu -> option 2 (faults) -> report a TV fault. If it asks to do an auto-service check before putting you through to an agent. Let it do the process or use the skip option if presented with one. Once through to an agent, ask for a replacement remote.
