Faulty Remote or Tivo box ?

Hi, my Tivo remote stops working, batteries are fine, if I reboot the box via web portal it's ok, but this happens at least once a day, I've tried another remote but still the same, could the box be on it's way out ?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with this. We can certainly take a look at what is going on for you. 

 

Checking the account I can see there are some errors with the Signal levels and further recorded errors too. Looks like Parrotperson was right - we will need to arrange an engineer to come and take a look.
