I have a fault again with my on demand services I have lost count of the amount of times this has happened! Paying for a service that I'm not even receiving properly. It comes up with the fault number 319 and won't let me use.on demand

I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're not seeing any problems with your set top box at the moment though. How are things on your end at the moment?
