Extra unconnected TiVo box has appeared in Manage My TiVo Boxes

I only have one TiVo box, but when I log in to http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/tivo/ and go to My TiVo Boxes, I now see an extra one. It's not connected (big X for connection status) and I can't change it, but what's it doing on the My TiVo Box page?

I've tried Firefox on Mac and PC and Safari on Mac, all with the same result, so it's not computer or browser dependent. (Chrome browser is unsupported.)
