Existing BB customer, upgrading to TV, forced to change broadband.

Hi,

I am a broadband only customer, on Super fibre 70.

Browsing vm website I saw an upgrade offer to add 70+ TV service. I clicked and ordered.

Now I am being told I need to upgrade my broadband to Vivid 100, for an additional fee in order to upgrade to TV.

What is going on?

The 70Mb broadband service is no longer an option if you want to add TV. You will have to choose either 50Mb or 100Mb to re-contract.
