I am having the same issue V202 Error. I have done all the disconnect and reconnect but it makes no odds it still says i cannot access any online services such as Red Button, Catch-up or On-Demand. No help from VM so i would be as well getting rid and using my mobile as a wifi hotspot at least it wouldn't be charging me the thick end of £70pm for nothing more than freeview.
Hi Josh please can you message me re: separate problem? Unable to access bbc iplayer or Netflix on TiVo box. Have posted 3 times on here and no tech savvy person has answered. Error message on tv keeps saying ‘please check internet connection’ yet when I run test or you guys run test the equipment comes back as fine!!
Josh this has been almost 2 weeks it’s been down now. To say you don’t know when it’ll be fixed just isn’t good enough.
I explained the error message (please check your internet connection) I was getting to the people on the phone who said that it wasn’t consistent with the ‘error in the area’ so it can’t be because of that.
