Error message

My box keeps coming up with an error c130 code and saying that the Ethernet cable is unplugged? It isn’t? Any idea how to fix?

if its not unplugged then the message keeps popping up then there is a issue somewhere if nothing else is happening then its a fault might need to ring virgin help line number is 150 or mob number 0345 454 1111 or chat online as the team on here cant always answer or other virgin helpers might help out there might be issues on going the box needs checking out
