I'm awfully sorry to read about the error message displaying on your TV services, It's certainly not the best when you're watching your favourite shows.
I've been able to run some preliminary tests and it's coming back with some issues on the downstream power levels coming into the home. I would like to arrange for and engineer to come out and adjust these signal levels to ensure a good working service again, and also as there are no known linked outages.
