Error message c130

We have error message C130 on tv .....we have tv but a message C130 says some services not available and on I pad app we cannot connect to TiVo box .....any ideas

Hello Pamnsteve,

 

I have checked the signals to your box and they're looking good at the moment so if you're still seeing this error code could you reboot by the mains and let me know if there's any change please?
