Error message (C130

So, My internet recently just stopped working, my TiVo box wont connect either. It says 'Network Unavailable C130'

I checked the diagnostic and it says 'no ethernet cable' i plugged in an ethernet cable and it still says the same? I cant connect to wifi on any device. Please help me?
