Error message 7400

Turned on the box this morning and there is a floating message saying there is an error 7400. I have called and spoken to an advisor but to be honest I'm not sure he knows what he was doing! 

I have had to have an appointment for 48 hours time and change plan, looking at previous posts I am wondering if sending a boost signal would work, anyone got any ideas please?

i had this error message and contacted via message. they did something from their end and it worked no need for anyone to come out.
