Error message - 7011

I'm trying to set up my Tivo box and keep getting this message. Any ideas how to rectify? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues trying to set up your TiVo® box.

 

I would like to take a look at your account and perform some diagnostics so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you requesting further details.
