Error message 7011 when trying to install replacement TIVO Box

Any advice?   Replacement TIVO keeps getting stuck on Configuring IP Connections.   I've done all the right things in the right order according to instructions.  2 hours and counting.  frustrated.  Any advice?

Thanks for posting in the community.

 

I have located your account and sent a signal down to the box so if you're still seeing the same error message could you reboot the box by the mains and let me know if there's any improvement please?

I've since had a visit from a Virgin TV guy.  He has replaced the new box with another new box.   It wasn't receiving the signal.   It has been working fine.   It won't boot up now?  Whats happened?

Hi, this problem had since been sorted by an Engineer you sent out. He had to replace the new box with another new one. It has been working fine since then. However i've just tried to switch on and its not working again. Whats happened? I'm confused.
