Error message 7011 when trying to install replacement TIVO Box
Any advice? Replacement TIVO keeps getting stuck on Configuring IP Connections. I've done all the right things in the right order according to instructions. 2 hours and counting. frustrated. Any advice?

Hi, this problem had since been sorted by an Engineer you sent out. He had to replace the new box with another new one. It has been working fine since then. However i've just tried to switch on and its not working again. Whats happened? I'm confused.
