Error message 6093

2 days ago I've had VM installed at my new house . The first day on demand was working and the past day and half it hasn't . Saying its temporarily unavailable 6093. Is this a problem my end or they're end ? I hope I haven't signed up for 18 months for something that isn't going too work .

I'm sorry for the disruptive start with On Demand giving you this error.  I'll do what I can to get to the bottom of this for you

 

I have carried out some checks, signal and power level wise all looks great.

 

Can you please let me know the following:

 

* Name of programme ordered.

*  Was it HD or SD version.

*  What time were the programmes ordered?

*  Has the box been powered off/on again to refresh?

 

With these details I'll be able to help further.
