Error code c501

Hi,

Have been finding the TIVO box slow to respond recently with a fair bit more buffering. Tried to access on demand movies last night but error code c501 returned. There are a few other reports on the forum regarding this error recently with various suggestions, all of which we tried yesterday, but without success. Don't want to do complete reset, as presumably all settings & recordings will be lost. Any help from Virgin would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I've run diagnostics on the box and everything is showing clear. Are you still getting the same error message?
